Event Tickets: All sales for event tickets are final and non-refundable. In case of an event cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the event organizer’s policy.
Workshops: If you are not satisfied with your workshop purchase, you may request a refund or transfer to a different workshop within 7 days of the purchase date but not 7 days before the scheduled workshop. To request a refund or transfer, please contact us through our contact form.
Books and Merchandise: If you are not satisfied with your book or merchandise purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging (unopened). To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact form.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us through our contact form within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
